Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, contact details, postcode, service selection and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your request, assess the proposed work and prepare a quotation. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in our website administration system and emailed to our business mailbox, both hosted by Krystal. Enquiries are also recorded in our private CRM, hosted by Cloudflare, in the Irvine Roofing workspace. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We keep information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can email info@irvine-roofing.co.uk or contact us at the address above to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your information. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Website cookies

If you choose Allow in our advertising cookie notice, we use Google Ads cookies and browser storage to measure which adverts lead to saved enquiries. Google receives browser and network information, advertising identifiers and an enquiry reference. We do not send the name, email, phone number, postcode or message from your enquiry to Google, and this setup is not used for personalised advertising. Advertising tags remain off until you allow them.

You can decline and still send an enquiry. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. We remember your choice for up to 180 days and keep a record of measured enquiry references in your browser for up to 14 days to prevent duplicate counting. A pending measurement receipt expires after one hour. WordPress also uses necessary cookies when an administrator signs in.
