A scope that suits your property.
Cleaning should be suitable for the roof, rather than applying one method to every property. We consider the covering, its condition and safe access before proposing how moss or surface build-up should be treated.
- Roof covering and condition assessed before cleaning
- Appropriate removal or cleaning method discussed
- Gutters and debris management included in the scope
- Protection of surrounding areas considered
Useful things to tell us
Describe the problem or planned work, your property type and any known access limitations. If you have photographs taken safely from ground level, let us know.
Will you pressure-wash the roof?
We do not assume pressure washing is appropriate. The cleaning method needs to suit the roof covering and its condition, and will be discussed before work is agreed.
How is the price worked out?
The cost depends on the scope, materials, condition of the existing roof and access requirements. A written quotation sets out the agreed work before you decide to proceed.
What if more work is uncovered?
Unexpected defects should be discussed with you so any change to the scope and price can be agreed before additional work proceeds.
